Stanley Frank Musial (November 21, 1920 – January 19, 2013), nicknamed "Stan the Man", was widely considered to be one of the greatest and most consistent hitters in baseball history. Musial spent 22 seasons in Major League Baseball (MLB), playing for the St. Louis Cardinals, from 1941 to 1944 and from 1946 to 1963, before becoming a first-ballot inductee into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1969. The donor of this baseball was present when Stan Musial signed the baseball for him.
A note from UE Swim & Dive Aces Booster Club Inc: Our 3rd annual benefit auction is being run by the UE Swim and Dive Aces Booster Club.
Our goal is to raise money to support the UE Swim & Dive Team as well as bring continued awareness to the Jason D. Morse Memorial Scholarship; an endowed scholarship awarded to a swimming & diving student-athlete. All auction proceeds will go towards the UE Swim and Dive Team and the Jason D Morse Endowment Scholarship fund.
